Ivy Bailey
Owner. Licensed Cosmetologist, Permanent Makeup Artist, Master Esthetician Apprentice
Ivy Bailey is a cosmetologist and ten-time certified lash and permanent makeup artist based in central Washington at her own studio- Luana Beauty Lounge and Boutique. Ivy began her journey into the beauty industry in Maui, Hawaii where she apprenticed for full cosmetology licensing. Shortly after completing her training, Ivy met Joel, marrying him a year later, prompting her move to Virginia. Ivy took full advantage of having the contiguous 48 states at her disposal, traveling to several states to complete lash extension and permanent makeup certifications.
In early 2020, Ivy and her husband relocated to central Washington. Even as the world was shutting down at the beginning of Covid-19, Ivy worked to establish herself in a new area as a top esthetician. Within 3 months of opening her books, Ivy was fully booked, with her earliest available appointment three months out. She soon realized she needed to expand. Over the next 9 months, Ivy worked to execute her vision of a full service spa and boutique with 7 treatment rooms, a full size clothing boutique, training and event rooms, and a growing staff of 6. Ivy has offered her time to provide guest instructor trainings at local cosmetology schools and hopes to go into education while working to expand the current offerings to manicure and pedicure services.
